RTW Rehabilitation Units
Workability is currently establishing a growing network of Work Rehabilitation Units Nationally. These units have changed the way injured workers were rehabilitated back to work by creating simulated work environments situated in industrial type warehouses. These practices are independently owned and Case Managed by Workability to ensure that all treating therapists use international best practice to rehabilitate injured workers.
Case Management
Workability employs RTW Case Managers who oversee a Network of therapists and professional involved in the Return-To-Work process. This Network use Workability’s revolutionary web-Based IT System called ARROW that enables Workability to track the treatment of patient’s and enforces international guidelines that ensure consistent, goal-orientated treatment.
Assessments
Workability has a basket of Assessments targeted at employees at risk of long term absence or disability. Through the different Assessments Workability RTW Case Managers are able to identifying the barriers preventing employees from returning to work and make recommendations surrounding proposed interventions needed to prevent and manage absenteeism, Injury and Disability. Workability has various training courses related to managing and reducing the risk of Absenteeism, Injury & Disability in the workplace. These courses targeted primarily at Employers include some of the following courses; Generic Preventative Workshops, Job-Specific Preventative Workshops, Disability Awareness Workshops, Back Care, Office Ergonomics, Work Related Upper Limb Disorders, Patient Handling and Understanding COID to name a few.
Absenteeism Management
Workability's has a unique approach to Absenteeism Management through the introduction of RTW Case Managers, its Arrow Software and extensive "Basket of RTW Products". This approach ensures early notification of injury and provides a proactive way for employers prevent and manage the risk of absenteeism in the workplace.
